What we collect

When you send a booking or project request, we receive what you enter: your name, email, phone number, Instagram handle, business or brand, the service and package you choose, dates, location, budget, your project description, your preferred contact method and any reference files you upload.

We also count page visits and clicks (for example, which pages are viewed and whether the booking form was started) to understand how the site is used. This measurement uses no cookies, does not store IP addresses and does not identify you.

How we use it

Only to reply to your request, prepare quotes, schedule and deliver your project, and run our business. We don't sell your information and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

Where it's stored

This website is hosted by Netlify. Requests and uploads are stored in our private Netlify account and are visible only to PBL Media. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives standard technical information (such as your IP address) when your browser downloads them.

Cookies

The public website doesn't set tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser's session storage is used only so a page view isn't counted twice when you refresh.

How long we keep it

We keep project requests for as long as needed to handle your request and any project that follows, and for our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
